Cultivate Her

I am so proud of my wife Trisha! On Friday, September 11, she was part of a team of ladies that launched Cultivate Her : a leadership event designed to inspire, challenge and encourage women in leadership. One of the things that I admire most about Trisha is her leadership gift. I have learned so much from her over the years about how to lead and inspire others. The thing I respect most about Trisha’s leadership gift is that she has a unique ability to love the people she is leading so well and so deeply that it adds so much value to them. She doesn’t use people for what they add to her or her vision, but empowers them to be all that God has called them to be. I am still learning from her in this area of leadership! I am stoked that she was asked by Jenni to be a part of the team that is producing Cultivate Her each month.

Below is a video that Trisha and the team produced to introduce the topic of “Bullying” this past Friday. If you are a woman that has the gift of leadership, you should really consider attending October’s Cultivate Her experience on Friday, October 16th, at 7:00 AM.
