I have endometriosis, and it is quite active right now. It is extremely hard to be enthusiastic about something that causes me an extreme amount of physical pain and nausea most of the month? We've only been married a year, and I've been ill the whole time including having a surgery that didn't help 2 months after the wedding. I feel guilty much of the time that I am not able give as much as my husband needs. He tries hard to be understanding, but it's incredibly frustrating to both of us.
